About Us

One on One Care is a family-owned, non-franchise home care agency that has been serving seniors and individuals with disabilities in Central and Northern Virginia since 1998.

Founded by our family and still locally owned today, One on One Care was built on the belief that people deserve to remain safe, comfortable, and cared for in the place they call home. We provide compassionate, dependable in-home care, including personal care, companion care, respite care, specialized support, and Medicaid waiver services.

Our caregivers assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship. We are especially passionate about supporting families through difficult transitions and helping clients maintain as much independence, dignity, and quality of life as possible.

At One on One Care, this work is deeply personal to us. We are proud to continue a legacy of compassionate care in our community and honored to serve local families with the professionalism, warmth, and reliability they deserve.
