Empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals through personalized strength training, fostering a supportive community environment in a luxury studio. Our strength training utilizes progressive overload, ensuring each client is appropriately challenged based on their individual capabilities in our group training classes or one-on-one private training sessions.
Premier Athletics measures body fat composition and muscle mass to assist in tracking progress towards body composition goals, in addition to tracking strength performance.
Our coaches are former Division 1 Athletes and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainers.
