Marney Lumpkin, MBA-HRM, MAEd/TED-E, is the President & Owner of Strategic Management & Logistics (SML), a woman-owned business support firm serving 49+ clients across 25 service areas, including GovCon, compliance, HR, finance, marketing, and operations support. With more than 20 years of experience in customer service, administration, and organizational leadership, she helps businesses streamline operations, strengthen infrastructure, and implement scalable solutions that support growth. Marney holds an MBA focused in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Elementary Education. Under her leadership, SML has earned certifications including SBA Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Virginia SWaM Micro-Business, and active SAM.gov registration. She is passionate about collaboration, community impact, and helping clients and teams succeed through practical, relationship-driven support.
