Coffee with Kyle: Agile Practices for Highly Regulated Industries

Ms. Carmen Graver is the founder and CEO of Graver Agile Innovations, LLC which specializes in bringing Agile practices to highly regulated environments. She is a founding member of the Software Engineering Institute’s Agile Collaboration Group, which provides a forum for the sharing of experience and knowledge about applying Agile practices within the Federal Government.
Ms. Graver began her Agile journey as a Marine Corps employee, where she championed the implementation of Agile practices.  She led the effort to develop the first Marine Corps Agile Framework (MC-Agile) that tailored Agile practices to Marine Corps specific needs.  She developed and delivered Agile training to more than 250 Acquisition professionals, from entry level to SES.  Ms. Graver is working with Marine Corps programs to develop their Agile adoption strategy.
In addition to her work with the Marine Corps, Ms. Graver provides Agile coaching and training to organizations in the insurance and banking industries as well as the US Army and the Library of Congress.  She is a PMI Certified Agile Practitioner, a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional, and a Scaled Agile Framework Professional Consultant.
