With 10.1 Million unfilled job openings, the United States is facing a huge labor shortage. Businesses are reporting low numbers of applicants and even fewer qualified candidates, despite their best recruitment efforts.

You are registering to attend Community Conversations.
With your attendance, you acknowledge that you are aware of, and assuming the risk of, attending meetings in person expressly including any and all risk associated with COVID -19.
You acknowledge the possibility exists that you may come into contact with others that have been exposed to the coronavirus.
You acknowledge that you knowingly accept the risks of potentially acquiring COVID-19 and/or any other illness and/or injury that may arise from an in-person meeting.
You agree to hold harmless: The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, its members, Board of Directors, Holiday Inn and Conference Center, and guests, for any deleterious effects resulting from your attendance at any meetings of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber. The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber, its members, Board of Directors, Holiday Inn and Conference Center, and guests hereby expressly disavow any liability resulting from holding these meetings.

- You attest that you have not come into contact with others that have coronavirus, nor have been exposed to the virus within the last two weeks.
- You agree to comply with the state guidelines regarding meetings, and are not currently sick, nor running a fever.
- The Chamber will work within the state guidelines regarding indoor meetings, to the best of its ability, but cannot guarantee that our efforts will not result in harm to attendees.
- If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not enter the building.

- In the past 14 days, have you been in close proximity to anyone who was experiencing any of the above symptoms or has experienced any of the above symptoms since your contact? *

- In the past 14 days, have you been on a commercial flight or traveled outside of the Unite States? *
