Greg Hiebert brings more than 30 years of researching, practicing, teaching and coaching the art and science of effective leadership. His passion and talent is in supporting organizations and individuals to achieve sustained high performance through building effective and profound leadership capability and capacity.
Greg is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering. In addition, Greg holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School where he graduated with high distinction. Greg served for 12 years in the United States Army, primarily as an airborne infantry officer serving in a host of tactical and operational leadership assignments as well as serving on the faculty of the
Greg and his team at leadershipForward have facilitated the Leadership Fredericksburg program for the past two years.
