What Now?!!: End-of-Year 2022 Labor and Employment Law Update
While we have been dealing with everything related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the laws of the workplace have changed dramatically and seem to be changing weekly, if not daily. For most employers, it has been difficult to keep pace with all of the changes because of the demands put on HR staff. During this session, we will look at workplace changes and developments occurring in the last half of 2022 and some items to help employers be ready for 2023.
Randy is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group at Kaufman & Canoles. He concentrates his practice in employment litigation, representing employers in employment discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of employment contract, non-compete, and wage and hour claims before various state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Randy also advises and trains clients on lawful employment practices and other workplace issues.
