June 1, 2012

We all know what makes some leaders great: commitment, courage, vision or sense of purpose, integrity, willingness to take actions or risks, etc. Why, then, are true leaders so rare?
DO YOU WANT TO BE A LEADER?
This interactive workshop, “ Making a Difference: Ethical, Character Driven Leadership,” focuses on discovering the personal power within each of us and learning how to unleash it and develop the passion to lead, empower, achieve, overcome, and make a difference in our organizations and communities.
Success comes from knowing the difference between leading and managing—the difference that comes from a careful blending of personal integrity, open communication, and the ability to motivate and influence others to achieve peak performance.
Participants in this session will learn in a dynamic, highly interactive atmosphere that will challenge and enable them to take their leadership skills to new levels.
Presenters: Dave Corderman, Dick Ayres & Edward J. Evers
