Ribbon Cutting Celebrating the historic launch of its CrossXRoads program and the Center for Military and Veteran Reintegration (CMVR) for the middle Virginia region. The CrossXRoads program will provide critical resources to service members, Veterans, first responders, underrepresented communities and their dependents, within our growing community.
