Description
This seminar will focus on the key elements that create a Five Star Customer Service Experience and how those same elements apply to providing internal customer service. The Five Star Experience includes:
- Service or Product Quality
- Timeliness
- Attentiveness and Care
- Restoration and Recovery (when mistakes happen)
- Solutions
Great customer service depends on delivering all these elements consistently. The seminar will also discuss the importance of communications, the triangle of customer service and key moments of truth when interacting with customers either externally or internally.
