Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Fredericksburg & Dumfries, Virginia

iCare Health Solutions is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to clients in the Fredericksburg and Dumfries areas.

Position Summary

The CNA will provide direct personal care and support services to clients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with the client's individualized care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
  • Bathing
  • Grooming
  • Dressing
  • Toileting
  • Ambulation and transfers
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Follow infection control, safety, and agency policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Current Virginia CNA certification in good standing
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Previous home care experience preferred but not required
