January 20 is National Cheese Lovers Day. We’re going to celebrate by making mozzarella. A $20 ticket gets you a mozzarella making and stretching lesson, a beer, and a jar of mozzarella balls you can take home and brag about because you made them and they are awesome. Making mozzarella is fun, feels witchy, and while the whole process is easy, because it requires your full attention while you stir the pot, it’s an exercise in mindfulness.
