.Net Developer

The Software Developer will be integrating Battle Management System weapon control software, ground control software, and other technologies as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) algorithms. This software integration supports various weapon integration onto numerous manned and unmanned platforms. This position requires travel to support test and integration events.
Requirements:
- United States Citizenship
- Mid to Senior developer (+5 years minimum)
- C#, .NET framework experience
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with widely used version control systems, such as Git
- Knowledge of tools like Jenkins, GitLab
- Debugging and performance optimization skills
- Ability to support tasking for multiple projects
- Experience in conducting and participating in code reviews
Preferred Skills & Experience:??
- Knowledge of military standards and specifications
- Knowledge of Weapon Systems and Command & Control systems
- Knowledge of Android software development
Education:??A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline is required
Clearance: A Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.
The projected annual compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $135,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
