Systems Engineer 2024-1368
SimVentions, consistently voted one of Virginia's Best Places to Work, is looking for a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering and integration testing support for our Navy customer. The Mid-level Systems Engineer will work with a team of SimVentions and government personnel and duties will include supporting formal integration testing, interfacing with stakeholders, and data analysis. This position requires 3-5 days a week on site presence at Dahlgren Naval Base.
Travel
Clearance
An Interim Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience
- Experience with System/software test planning, execution, and reporting
- Ability to interface with program leads.
- Experience organizing results in to Excel spreadsheets, and generating tables and plots for data products
- Technical Report writing in Word and Power Point
- Ability to effectively communicate status of tasking in meetings and in writing

Compensation
Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.
The projected annual compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
